Drop Studio

Terms of Use

Last updated 9 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Drop Studio app. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not, please delete the app.

What the app does

You upload a few selfies once. Each week the app generates a set of photographs of you in that week's theme, using an AI image model. The photographs are new images, not edits of the ones you uploaded, and they will not always be flattering or accurate. That is the nature of the medium.

What you must be able to promise

Uploading someone else's face is the one thing that will get an account removed without notice.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Deleting your account inside the app does not cancel your subscription — only Apple can do that. Cancel first, then delete.

Your photographs are yours

You keep the rights to the selfies you upload. You may use the photographs the app generates for you — personally or commercially — as far as the law where you live allows AI-generated images to be used. We claim no ownership of them and we do not publish them.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your selfies, send them to the image provider to generate your drops, and show the results back to you. That permission ends when you delete your account.

What we do not promise

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise a particular likeness, a particular quality, or that a drop will arrive at a particular moment; generation depends on a third-party provider whose queues we do not control. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or permanently available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending it

You may stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms — in practice, that means uploading someone else's face or attacking the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Drop Studio after that means accepting them.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [[jurisdiction]]. [[Legal entity name]], [[address]] — hello@dropstudio.app.

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Where Apple's standard EULA applies, these terms supplement it.
